It provides an end-to-end collateral management solution covering Variations and Initial Margin workflows, CSA, GMRA and GMSLA agreements, Bilateral and Triparty, Cleared and Uncleared transactions. All of this supported by a flexible reporting and scalable cloud-native technology.
There are multiple challenges to tackle in collateral management – the complex and everchanging context impacts the industry: such as increased regulatory/collateral obligations, squeezed margins and decreased appetite for risk. Meanwhile, standard market practice only compounds the challenge: inefficient use of collateral, inadequate client connectivity and low process automation.

Trades are sent by the bank
The core system (Kondor, Opics or Summit) sends trades and their MtM values to FusionFabric.cloud through Data Share and the resulting Data Sets are sent to CloudMargin. (1) (2) and (3)Margin is calculated
CloudMargin is computing margin calls and processing the collateral with counterparties. Dashboards allow to have full visibility across exposure, margin calls, collateral, disputes. (4)Optimize collaterals
Margin calls send back to core system the margin flows as well as interest flows. (5)Automated process
Core system is processing those flows for settlement, position keeping and accounting as any other trade.
